Its headquarters, Villa Good Tech, located on Île Saint-Germain near Paris, serves both as a workplace and as a reception and event venue regularly welcoming partners, clients, public figures, and international teams.

The villa is an exceptional architect-designed property of approximately 1,000 m² located on the Seine riverbank, offering a unique and highly refined working environment.

We are currently looking for a trustworthy, stable, detail-oriented, and autonomous person to ensure that the villa remains perfectly maintained, welcoming, elegant, and exceptionally organized on a daily basis.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced housekeeper or someone with a strong hospitality and service mindset, capable of taking care of the premises with discretion, consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail.

This is not an administrative or managerial position.

We are primarily looking for someone hands-on, organized, attentive, and reliable, who genuinely enjoys maintaining spaces to a very high standard and personally ensuring that everything remains immaculate.

The main activity takes place at Villa Good Tech.

In addition, a few extra hours per week may occasionally be proposed under a separate arrangement related to the maintenance of the private residence of the company president.

Main responsibilities

Housekeeping & Maintenance

* Daily cleaning and general upkeep of the premises
* Maintaining a consistently high level of cleanliness and organization
* Care and cleaning of kitchens, restrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas
* Maintenance of materials, surfaces, furniture, and equipment
* Laundry and management of household consumables
* Monitoring and restocking cleaning products and supplies
* Regular maintenance of outdoor and related company areas (terraces, garden, dock, boat, swimming pool)

Hospitality & Quality of Environment

* Preparing and organizing spaces before meetings and events
* Maintaining a warm, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the villa
* Attention to small details contributing to the overall quality of the environment (fireplace preparation in winter, outdoor setup in summer, etc.)
* Light internal hospitality support (coffee, simple refreshments, ensuring comfort for teams and guests)
* Plant care and general harmony of the premises

Events & Occasional Support

* Assisting with setup and organization during internal and external events
* Potential participation in service activities (as extra staffing) during receptions and coordination of external service personnel

Profile

* Previous experience in housekeeping, luxury hospitality, private household management, family office, or similar environments is highly appreciated
* Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization
* Ability to work independently and proactively
* Reliability, stability, and absolute discretion
* Respect for people, property, and confidentiality
* Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
* Solid professional references required

Languages

* French is mandatory
* Basic English is required, as part of the teams and visitors are international

Conditions

* Full-time permanent contract (CDI)
* Salary according to experience and profile, starting from €35K gross annually
* Occasional overtime during events may be required
* All necessary equipment and materials are provided
* Company closure for three weeks every August and during the Christmas holidays
