Twake Workplace is available both as SaaS and as an on-premise solution deployed on customer infrastructure.
We develop a common product platform while delivering customer-specific developments for enterprise clients, with a strong focus on preserving product consistency and long-term scalability.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a strong Senior Product Owner with a proven track record of launching and developing successful SaaS products.

You will work directly under the Vice President Product & Software Development and collaborate with an international team of more than 40 developers, designers, technical leads, and commercial teams.

Your mission
Turn product strategy into clear priorities, high-quality releases, and measurable growth in the value Twake Workplace delivers to users and customers.
Your responsibilitiesDiscovery and user experience
Understand the needs of users and enterprise customers, conduct interviews, analyze feedback and data, and validate hypotheses.

Roadmap and prioritization
Prepare product development proposals, evaluate value, effort, and dependencies, and align priorities with the Vice President Product & Software Development.

Development preparation
Define requirements, user scenarios, and acceptance criteria, and maintain a clear and up-to-date backlog.

Module coordination
Ensure a consistent user experience across Mail, Chat, Drive, documents, video, calendar, and notes.

Releases and quality
Work with engineering, design, and QA to bring solutions through to release, conduct product acceptance, and evaluate results after launch.

SaaS growth
Improve:
  • Onboarding
  • Activation
  • Paid conversion
  • Adoption of key features
  • Retention
Contribute to pricing and monetization decisions.

Go-to-market
Work with marketing, sales, and support to prepare launches, including:
  • Value proposition
  • Demos
  • Marketing and sales materials
  • Success criteria

On-premise and customer-specific developments
Translate customer requests into product requirements, identify opportunities for reuse, and assess the impact of custom developments on the overall roadmap, support, and future upgrades.
You will independently lead the preparation and execution of solutions within agreed priorities.
Product strategy, roadmap, and key product decisions are subject to final validation by the Vice President Product & Software Development.

Mandatory requirements
  • Significant experience as a Senior Product Owner or Senior Product Manager in a technology product company.
  • Successful experience working on a SaaS product, including participation in its launch and subsequent development with measurable results.
